Rookie GCL Yanks had the first game of their doubleheader suspended in the middle of the 5th due to rain. The Yanks were leading the GCL Braves 8-0 at the time, thanks to homers by Prilys Cuello, Brandon Laird and Andres Perez. Pete Walker and Kelvin Perez each threw 2 scoreless innings with 3 K apiece. The second game of the doubleheader was postponed, making it the 3rd straight game (and 4th out of their last 6), that’s been affected by the weather. Â
